ANZ Home insurance a rort

We have full home and contents insurance with ANZ. We have a leak in the shower base that the PDS states clearly is covered by insurance however further in the PDS it states if there is a failing of any materials, workmanship, corrosion or some other failure of the building causing the leak then there is no coverage.
In other words, we are covered for the shower leaking as long as the shower does not actually leak.
You can not win against this logic.

I totally don’t recommend Anz insurance to any one as they are making stories and try to prove that home content Claim is normal wear and tear so they don’t have to pay the claim money. Had very bad e
