Recently had to make a claim & while giving details they then wanted to up my premium because they reckoned I had originally given them misinformation. When I did my investigation of their accusations it turned out they were wrong & that the style of question(s) they originally asked was ambiguous. Also, 3 other companies (Sun', AAMI & NRMA) would not be asking that type of question. Back to original claim - they have a Part A & Part B in their PDS that allowed them to reject my claim (all the Insurers above would have!). When I said I was going to the ombudsman they stopped on the premium increase. They are a mob of incompetent, immoral fools - I'm going elsewhere.
