Won't pay up.

Budget Direct is the worst home insurer. They did everything in their power not to pay the claim. The claim was for $1,500 and they spent far more than that to justify their reasoning. They are now going to lose 3 policies a year because of the stress they put me through. If you need to make a claim, they will put you through hell. Don't insure with Budget Direct. You will regret it like myself and many others.
