Cheap insurance but doesn't cover you

Recently made a claim for an external crack in brick wall that occurred after a small earthquake on 10/3/15. Claim was rejected with staff citing engineer report that indicated there were cobwebs in the crack and tree roots causing damage. Only a small shrub planted near the wall, no trees. What a joke! Be warned this company will find an excuse not to cover you.

Terrible and will not pay out legitimate insurance claims

How this company has any positive reviews is beyond me - these are clearly paid advertisements and all fake advertising. The only thing this company offers is cheaper insurance for people WHO

The worst insurance company ever! I’m so regret to choose it for my home insurance. After a heavy rain my husband noticed roof leaking in our bathroom we call Budget Direct to make a claim. We paid $5
