Cheap because they are rubbish

They sent policy renewal to the wrong address. Called on the day it was to expire but I was in hospital in the high dependency unit so i couldn't address the situation. While in hospital there was a break-in. They refused to pay when I lodged a claim. They refused re-purchase of insurance and told me it was my fault. Don't give them your money!!
