Just transferred. Experience was painless, staff member extremely helpful and informative. Helped with all the questions we had and provided additional information on items we hadn't thought of. Addressed all our concerns and offered a simple comparison with our previous insurer.

Appalling customer service.

I made a water damage claim 5 months ago. they sent an assessor. The guy said it was straightforward and likely to go ahead. Then nothing for months. I emailed the case worker 3 times. No response. Fi

We were broken into and from the first contact with Coles they were great to deal with. Service was prompt and friendly, helpful staff. the turnaround time was fantastic!
