Terrible in all aspects

If I could make a selection less than 1 I would of. Have been terrible in all aspects. Claim going since July, absolutely no updates and me chasing them all the time. Indicated I would receive a payment for around $8.5k and then when paperwork come through was for around $6k. Still waiting on a response as to why. Have been with Comminsure for years plus bank with Commbank for 24 years. Now looking to switch everything elsewhere!

Comminsure spends more to refuse than it cost to repair

We had a legitimate claim a few years ago following an unprecedented rain event for my 25 + years living here. The damage was obvious and blind Freddie could have seen it, a deeper than ankle dept
