14 % increase unjustifiable

I called NRMA to ask why my insurance went up 14%. No floods or fires in the past 12-months in my region. Inflation was the response and then she added "Mine went up too". I have only ever made 1-claim, they said yes on phone, then denied payment and under review of their operators advice made payment. Do not trust them.

Once they have your money they don't care

Absolutely appalling service. They refused a valid claim and try to support it with lies. Off to the ombudsman now.

I made a review previously, and this is more of a follow-up. We have been with NRMA home insurance for about a decade, and with so many other policies with them. A massive branch fell onto our house,
