Uncompetitive Premiums

We have been with NRMA for several years. I rang last week to review our buildings insurance and obtained a reduction based on increased excess. I received a new notice to see that the next payment only would double and then revert to the lower premium next month so really they have given me a discount in one hand and taken back with the other. Currently looking for a new insurer for both of our buildings.

Once they have your money they don't care

Absolutely appalling service. They refused a valid claim and try to support it with lies. Off to the ombudsman now.

I made a review previously, and this is more of a follow-up. We have been with NRMA home insurance for about a decade, and with so many other policies with them. A massive branch fell onto our house,
