Home insurance review

We switched because they became cheaper than GIO and we had both our cars with NRMA so packaging everything together made it even more affordable. We saved with the cars too

Once they have your money they don't care

Absolutely appalling service. They refused a valid claim and try to support it with lies. Off to the ombudsman now.

I made a review previously, and this is more of a follow-up. We have been with NRMA home insurance for about a decade, and with so many other policies with them. A massive branch fell onto our house,
