Lightning strike!!!

Awesome!..Sunday roof hit by lightning, TV computer,lights,phone gone"Panic",..Monday called NRMA, helpful,understanding,compassionate and most of all everything was fixed and replaced by Friday..IN NRMA I trust..we'd been with them for 30 years..

    Once they have your money they don't care

    Absolutely appalling service. They refused a valid claim and try to support it with lies. Off to the ombudsman now.
