Delightful staff at QBE

I shifted to QBE after my horrific experience with my previous insurer. The staff at QBE was delightful and helped me select the policy best suited for my needs. Their premium was lower too and so far so good.

    Appalling service - endless errors

    Avoid at all cost. I am waving QBE goodbye after 20+ years, between the Philippines call centers and idiots in Melbourne it has become a nightmare to deal with them.

    STAY AWAY!

    I am WARNING you now do not get insurance with this company. If you are using an underwriter ask which company you will be getting insurance with and also ask about all endorsements and what is covere

    Took me an hour to find out they wouldn't cover me as I am doing improvements to my home.
