Appalling service - endless errors

Avoid at all cost. I am waving QBE goodbye after 20+ years, between the Philippines call centers and idiots in Melbourne it has become a nightmare to deal with them.

STAY AWAY!

I am WARNING you now do not get insurance with this company. If you are using an underwriter ask which company you will be getting insurance with and also ask about all endorsements and what is covere

If you value your time stay away from this company.

Took me an hour to find out they wouldn't cover me as I am doing improvements to my home.

I had someone crash their boat into my fixed jetty and QBE refused to contact the person who crashed insurance company as they said I was not covered even though I have extra cover and the contract st
