This is the best company for house insurance

Our house was damaged in a fire last week. I rang up QBE and told them about it. They immediately processed my claim and paid not only for my building expenses but also for the content that was damaged. This is the best company for house insurance.

Appalling service - endless errors

Avoid at all cost. I am waving QBE goodbye after 20+ years, between the Philippines call centers and idiots in Melbourne it has become a nightmare to deal with them.

STAY AWAY!

I am WARNING you now do not get insurance with this company. If you are using an underwriter ask which company you will be getting insurance with and also ask about all endorsements and what is covere

If you value your time stay away from this company.

Took me an hour to find out they wouldn't cover me as I am doing improvements to my home.
