Excellent and efficient claiming process

If home insurance is what you are looking for, QBE is there for you. Our roof was recently damaged because of the falling of an old tree. All we had to do was call the customer service at QBE with our claim and before we knew if the money was deposited in our account. Thanks to QBE we have new roof and no worries. Thanks QBE.

    Appalling service - endless errors

    Avoid at all cost. I am waving QBE goodbye after 20+ years, between the Philippines call centers and idiots in Melbourne it has become a nightmare to deal with them.

    STAY AWAY!

    I am WARNING you now do not get insurance with this company. If you are using an underwriter ask which company you will be getting insurance with and also ask about all endorsements and what is covere

    Took me an hour to find out they wouldn't cover me as I am doing improvements to my home.
