The worst company I've ever worked with.

This company tried their best to get away with sending me a $23 dollar check, when the actual damage totaled over 12 thousand. I will continue to fight them to the end. I'm so happy with my new insurance company.
I've been with this company since 1995. The new company that took over Z. C. Sterling are crooks.

Appalling service - endless errors

Avoid at all cost. I am waving QBE goodbye after 20+ years, between the Philippines call centers and idiots in Melbourne it has become a nightmare to deal with them.

STAY AWAY!

I am WARNING you now do not get insurance with this company. If you are using an underwriter ask which company you will be getting insurance with and also ask about all endorsements and what is covere

If you value your time stay away from this company.

Took me an hour to find out they wouldn't cover me as I am doing improvements to my home.
