QBE should be reported

I have been a member Of QBE for nearly 15 years ,and had one small claim ,,Over the past month we have been hit by two unusal storms,and damge has ranged from spoilt food goods/structural damage to fence and verandas .also garden gazebo damge .
I have been trying to get some sense out of QBE ,thru the Phone or email,but as yet I have had nothing but problems,either it be a customer sve person you cant understand ,to put on hold up to 50 mins.and spoke to a "Company" repair setup,who is situated the other side of the country ,and didnt even know where my home in west australia was..To be quite honest this would have to be the worst Insurance co I have ever dealt with ,and I have had many over my business years ..a total waste of money,,so heed my warning and look anywhere else than these charlatans.
