						Accidentail damage
I am currently going through FOS 
IDR with QBE cant follow there own guidelines. They forgot.
A simple claim now its principle of taking my money for a policy they have avoided to pay.
QBE cant return a phone call or respond to a email how possibly could they then pay out on a claim
