Never again. Worst experience

I had someone crash their boat into my fixed jetty and QBE refused to contact the person who crashed insurance company as they said I was not covered even though I have extra cover and the contract states a fixed floating jetty is covered. They simply said it was a pontoon and a pontoon is not covered which for anyone who lives on a canal on the Gold Coast would know 99% own a fixed floating jetty not a pontoon. After contacting the other persons insurance myself they stated they would indeed cover my jetty as it is covered by insurance. After letting QBE know the other insurance is covering my claim, they still refused to acknowledge my claim. Needless to say I will now take my Insurance on my 52 vehicles and properties elsewhere.
