Expensive electronics replaced with cheaper items

Several electronics in our house were damaged beyond repair during last month’s thunderstorm. We immediately called up Suncorp. They assured us that would replace the items. They kept their word, the only problem was, our expensive fridge, TV, sound system were replaced by cheaper versions of them. Not happy.

Good comprehensive policy, but unfortunately premium gone up significantly over the last 5 years. Have to call them ever time I receive my yearly bill to ask to reduce the premium, which they normally

We had heard that SUNCORP is the best insurance to have as they had good reports coming out of paying out claims after a disaster (2011 floods). A close friend of mine who is insurance broker said tha
