The worst insurance company around

Probably the worst insurance company around. A part of my kitchen was gutted by fire almost 2 months ago. Ever since, I have just been repeatedly visiting their office to evict some response from them. All that happens is that the complaint is passed from one department to the other, and a blame game ensues. They probably have only 2 assessors for the entire state who don’t have the time to come and look at the situation. I have had to repair the damage at my own expenses which has cost me about $5500. There seems to be no point waiting for these people to reply. Stay away from them is all I can say.
