Review for suncorp insurance home insurance by bad_insurance

I have cancelled my policy with Suncorp and would advise others to follow the same. Last year, my house had water damage and was leaking due to the constant rain. I called up Suncorp to check if they can help get the house repaired and for advice on the claims procedure. Their number was always busy. I left a recorded complaint expecting a call back. But nothing of the sort happened. Two days later, I called up again; a person heard my complaint, he said he did not belong to the particular department and passed the line to the next person.
