Unrealistic premiums for limited services

Their premiums are unrealistic and the services definitely don’t match up. We had to wait 4 months for a kitchen claim to be looked at and we were paid only $100 for a pipe repair work which cost us $550 to fix. Their staff is incompetent and you have to call them at least twice a day to initiate some response. Completely unprofessional.

We had heard that SUNCORP is the best insurance to have as they had good reports coming out of paying out claims after a disaster (2011 floods). A close friend of mine who is insurance broker said tha
