Untrained and unknowledgable staff

If somebody at Suncorp is reading this review, then please take some steps to ensure that your staff is well trained and have adequate knowledge to advise customers. I have called up 3 times to understand the policy detaisl and every time my call is just diverted from one department to the other without concrete reply from anyone. I genuinely fear the response that I will get should I be unfortunate enough to make claim.
