Absolutely appalled

Been paying insurance for years to do. My first ever claim for wind damage on my house. Had had ceiling leaks because the guttering came off my roof in freak storm. Just found out they won't cover any damage because apparently the gutters weren't installed properly .. Have had to chase them up mean while more damage has occurred due to rain and them Stuffing me around.. What's the point in paying insurance??? Bloody rip offs

The only thing they care is your money

Unless you are going to get a quote, you will have to wait for over 50 mins on the line before someone picks up your call. The premium will keep increasing for over 10% every year without any valid re

Never recommend

I lodged claim for water damaged wooden floor on 6th July 2020. Actually the water burst from kitchen sink pipe but the assessor reported to Westpac that faulty refrigerator caused to damage so it can

Wish I could give less than 1. Westpac customer and insuree for many years. First claim after an internal wall was damaged in a storm. They insisted on sending their own 'repairer' who told me
