worst insurance company

I had a claim with swann insurance and because of the bad wording in there PDF I took it further and won, the experience with swann insurance raised by stress levels the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with.. have now changed insurance company

    They are chasing new customers but don’t care about old loyal ones

    The new deals are much cheaper than the old ones but as an existing customer you are not allowed to transfer your insurance.

    I have been with Swann for 3 years, so far so good. They renew my insurance automatically every year which is a timesaver, am happy to stay with them for now.
