Swann looked after me - I'm now a loyal customer
I had a serious accident - I called Swann Insurance who were helpful, courteous, looked after everything for me.
They are chasing new customers but don’t care about old loyal ones
The new deals are much cheaper than the old ones but as an existing customer you are not allowed to transfer your insurance.
