RSPCA Pet Insurance review by JD

Never rejected a claim

I've had RSPCA pet insurance for about 7 years (my kelpie is now 15) and it's been pretty good - they have never rejected a claim. She was diagnosed with kidney disease, arthritis and now water diabetes, so is on ongoing medication (not cheap). My only gripe is they have reduced the percentage claimable from 75% to 70%. And filling in a hard copy form & receiving a cheque is tedious - direct deposit would be far more efficient. I'll be signing my next dog up when she's old enough (wouldn't bother for a youngster). My vet is also happy as he can treat pets as necessary, since insured owners are better able to afford they treatment they need.

lying scam artist making profits, they don't cover hardly anything and claim every thing is pre existing condition and not covered. If they approve a claim and you cancel your insurance they charge yo

Distressing...They didn't give a shi*!

Paid premiums for 2 years. Dog had surgery with complications. 6 weeks later after 4 more surgeries we had to have him put down. Submitted claims only to be told they would not pay as it wasn't an 'em
