Lies, lies, lies

Very convoluted claim process and even worse claim dispute process. Will not cover and "accident" outside of the very narrow criteria in PDS. IE, my 14 week old puppy was knocked unconscious by a falling object. As this occurred with the 30 day waiting period, RSPCA declared it "an illness" and would not pay. DO NOT USE ANY PET INSURANCE RETAILER UNDERWITTEN BY HOLLARD. The best one I found (and recommended by Vets) is Pet Plan, which is underwritten by Allianz (and no, I don’t have any affiliation with Allianz)

lying scam artist making profits, they don't cover hardly anything and claim every thing is pre existing condition and not covered. If they approve a claim and you cancel your insurance they charge yo

Distressing...They didn't give a shi*!

Paid premiums for 2 years. Dog had surgery with complications. 6 weeks later after 4 more surgeries we had to have him put down. Submitted claims only to be told they would not pay as it wasn't an 'em
