What is the point of buying from them?
First claim was rejected when our dog accidently ate a poison which is apparently an "Illness" and was inside the 30 day illness waiting period. However if the Vet had of pumped her stomach (it was to late to do so) it would have been covered. After 4 years paying top cover premiums on time we forgot to update the credit card details after our creditcard was stolen. You can only pay by direct debit, not Bpay and there is no reminder that premiums are due. They tried debit, this was declined as it was the old card number. We received a letter, so we called them to try again, they said they would text if it failed. They never texted, but they cancelled our cover and will not reopen it.
