Not impressed

Could cover costs and then send an invoice for the difference. Most families can not afford these costs up front, I don't think these families should be declined the care there pets need. It breaks my heart

They found loopholes for every claim. My recommendation is Save your yearly money and use that for your pet needs

WARNING: Never use them

I just cancelled my policy, they have hidden costs and truths, they refused to allow me to cancel the policy and said I would have to pay out all claims received in full first.
