The customer service is appalling - they refused a claim for my dog to have laryngeal scarring removed (so she could breathe) saying that it is an "elective surgery" and I only found out when I called them. The communication is dreadfully poor and the attitude from the claims dept is terrible. We are on the phone now finding a different supplier. The lack of care is heartbreaking.
