• Had a stroke then heart surgery. First I got, its pre-ex then I got its not a unforseen circumstance. Well if I saw a stroke coming I would have waited on going to Italy. Faxed 40 pieces of paper to them from cardiologist, neurologist and hospital. Two different denials and will not reimburse my $5,000 cruise. Horrible agency. Do not purchase from them The customer service reps are a joke. They took my money fast enough but will not reimburse.
