Scam artists

VOID AT ALL COSTS! They received all my information, approved for me to get my phone repaired, then once I paid for repairs, turned around and said I am not eligible. Despite knowing all my information and telling me to get it repaired to begin with.

You could have told me this BEFORE instructing me to pay for repairs! Now I am out $330. Please avoid at all costs! Absolutely pathetic and doesn't even deserve one star.

The worst travel insurance company. Not even worth paying for insurance through them as have spent more on the insurance and excess to receive nothing in return. Insurance $200, excess for stolen elec
