Complete waste of time!

I had heard about Fastcover insurance and decided to take a policy before my trip to New York. I went through the entire process and everything was finalised but at the last moment they realised that because I was already away from Australia, I could not be covered as they only cover journeys that commence and end in Australia. Complete waste of time!

No issues, good coverage

I didn't have to claim, but overall it seemed like it covered most things, especially luggage which I was most concerned about.

Straightforward process

I didn't have to claim, but all in all was straightforward process to get a quote. They seemed to cover most things I needed.
