• Hi Fiona - Not sure what happened in your case, but my claim was processed quickly & easily. I got snowed in and had to stay an extra night, pay for extra hotel night, extra meals, etc. and they covered me all without a problem. I made sure to call their hotline as soon as the delay happened to make sure I knew what they needed - they told me to keep all my receipts and to send them through with my claim. It worked well and they had all the information they needed at hand to refund me for my out of pocket expenses.
