Bought it. Used it. Recommend it.

Every insurance is great until you have to use it - then you find out how good it is or isn't. Unfortunately I did have to use it on a trip to Pakistan. They were easily contactable and the level of service they gave my stressed daughter (I was too sick to care at the time) was fantastic. The only negative was after they gave us flights to choose to come home on, we then found out, as my daughter was an adult, she should have kept traveling and the insurance would only cover my flight home. That did make for a stressful time as we then had to find and pay for the cheapest flights home in case we weren't reimbursed for her. All's well that ends well and they did cover her flight after a letter from the doctor and a letter from me. If you do need to get a doctors certificate, make sure you ask them what it should contain ie when sick, what wrong, medication/treatment given, instructions (unable to travel for two days...) etc with doctors full name address and an official stamp if possible - this would be the same for any policy with any company. They also covered the repair for a cracked iphone screen after a treking fall. Have already purchased another insurance policy with them for my next trip. Highly Recommended
