Very disappointing with the claim when my father passed away

My father passed away, had to buy a return ticket and they used policy and only refunded 25% of ticket. They asked for all extra documents then sent it to Llyods underwriting to complain and they didnt do anything and sit that is the wording of the policy. He was in a nursing home for dementia but had a stroke and they said the wording in the policy states that you only get 25% back. Very disheartening on their part to not refund $2000 for the emergency flight back to Australia but only refund $377
