This travel insurance is junk

Ok. I'm not asking for a lot but sitting in Coffs Harbour airport with airline delays I've called real insurance.

Truth is their policy is junk.

The people are very friendly!

Travel insurance EXCLUDES airline delays of any type if the airline delays it. Also if there are mechanical issues it is EXCLUDED!!!

What else due you want it for ???
