Impressed

This was my first ever claim and while the web based claims process was very straight forward, I was expecting to get the runaround. Instead the claim was approved within 24 hours. I also appreciated the personalised message of condolence.

Very easy online organising and set up.

So easy to take out the insurance and pay online. We've used them several times now and also had to claim when our daughter broke both her arms! Claim was paid within 2 weeks no questions asked.Wo

Had to sort it out myself

Unfortunately had to go to hospital in Canada to have capillaries in my nose quarterized. After returning home I made the claim got all the relevant information required promptly, sent it to you guys
