Sensational service

A lot has been said about not trusting credit card complimentary insurance but after a major claim for 11 days hospitalization and repatriation back to Australia from China the service from Westpac Complimentary Travel Insurance could not be faulted. The insurance was underwritten by Allianz and the assistance from the Allianz medical team was phenomenal and the claim process was easy and efficient. Thank you

Westpac Travel Insurance

Although we did not have to make a claim , we found the claim information both accessible and comprehensive with generous health and replacement policy. The westpac staff were helpful .
