stay away from them

Most of my luggage was misdirected while travelling to England. I had chosen Plan D Worldcare travel insurance. I spent a lot of money due to this mix up. The carrier refused to accept it was their fault in writing. People at Worldcare refused to file my claim as I did not have the necessary documentation. I would not recommend this policy to anyone.

Don’t use Worldcare

Our trip was cancelled got a full refund from the travel agents but $190 of the 800 i paid for WORLDCARE travel insurance! I didn’t even use there services! What a joke!

Be Careful

My flight was cancelled and even though their policy says over and over that they have unlimited cover for cancellations there is a clause on page 52 2.11 f stating that no cover is provided if there
