AI insurance were one of the few insurers that would insure me following a licence suspension. They offered comprehensive cover full of extras. Extras which weren't offered by other insurers were free window repair at no extra cost and 1 free window repair or replacement per year. Plus 24/7 road side assistance. AI Insurance reward loyal customers by reducing the excess by $150 every year you stay with them. I'll still shop for quotes each year but it's nice to know that they're looking after existing customers and not just out to acquire new ones. A lot of insurers penalise loyal customers by increasing premiums each year, so I'll assess next year come renewal t

What a disgrace! They only delayed the process to fix my car, if I didn’t call them 3 times a day I would still be waiting for it to be fixed. They say they will call you back in 24-48 hours but keep
