Take too long to process claims

They try to do as little as possible so you'll give up on claiming from them. They take forever to process claim (months) and when we put a claim in they put a $2000 excess on top of the $500 excess and on top of the $350 age excess. We ending up paying out of our own pocket. If your considering AVEA insurance, run, run away as fast as you can. P.S running is what you'll be doing because they won't fix your car
