Do not insure with Budget Direct

Do not insure with Budget Direct. They find all sorts of excuse not to approve your claim. They sound nice and friendly over the phone but that all changed when I tried to make a claim. They rejected by claim initially and I had to take them on with the Financial Ombudsman Services and won. Now I will warn everybody on the media sites.

Disgraceful Insurance Company

I would rate lower if possible. I was hit from behind while stationary, raised a claim with Budget Direct and provided as much information as I was given by the other driver. Repairs get booked for 4

Terrible claim services

among our 5 vehicles insured by Budget direct , we had no claims for 5 years , one of our cars had an accident , after 21 days , the vehicle is not touched yet and they are not sure when the car will

Unethical and unsympathetic

Had to claim for rogue vehicle driving into my property and damaging my car. I was not home at the time although the police did attend. I have never received worst service since I made a claim. Despit
