Ridiculous run around

After holding my rating 1 for 20 years, they requested for proof which was e-mailed and faxed to them but they still did not receive it and did not give me my No Claims Discount. I was not notified about that and they proceeded to bill me with that amount. It is ridiculous that I need to chase them up to get my NCD. It seems they are not interested in doing business with me so I am going elsewhere.

Disgraceful Insurance Company

I would rate lower if possible. I was hit from behind while stationary, raised a claim with Budget Direct and provided as much information as I was given by the other driver. Repairs get booked for 4

Terrible claim services

among our 5 vehicles insured by Budget direct , we had no claims for 5 years , one of our cars had an accident , after 21 days , the vehicle is not touched yet and they are not sure when the car will

Unethical and unsympathetic

Had to claim for rogue vehicle driving into my property and damaging my car. I was not home at the time although the police did attend. I have never received worst service since I made a claim. Despit
