Sneaky with hidden fees

I switched over to them because it was a $100 savings on my policy with AAMI. I provided them proof of my NCD. However, I had a no fault accident in 2008 when somebody hit my car from behind and Budget tried to hit me with an additional $100 premium. I refused and wanted to cancel but then I was hit with a $50 cancellation fee. This is how they trap others with hidden fees, I am going back to AAMI.

Disgraceful Insurance Company

I would rate lower if possible. I was hit from behind while stationary, raised a claim with Budget Direct and provided as much information as I was given by the other driver. Repairs get booked for 4

Terrible claim services

among our 5 vehicles insured by Budget direct , we had no claims for 5 years , one of our cars had an accident , after 21 days , the vehicle is not touched yet and they are not sure when the car will

Unethical and unsympathetic

Had to claim for rogue vehicle driving into my property and damaging my car. I was not home at the time although the police did attend. I have never received worst service since I made a claim. Despit
