Extremely frustrating and irresponsible
Very frustrating and unfair service
Very simple task Budget couldn't do and couldn't compensate for!!
Budget were struggling for 3 months to deliver me the gift card they promised, lots of follow-up calls and emails from my side, minimal feedback from Budget side(every couple of weeks, if they even bothered to respond), even escalation to a team leader showed the same consistent unprofessional attitude of carelessness!!!
After months of follow-up from my side, they admitted their fault and confirmed they can’t offer any compensation!!!!
What kind of service is Budget providing to their customers??
Keen to speak to any level of escalation (above team leaders) that is keen to take responsibility of their faults and ready to offer a compensation.
