Rubbish insurance

I have been with Budget insurance for close to 5 years and unfortunately had two accidents that were really not fault and they have sent me a letter stating that they would not renew my insurance any more. That is absolutely ridiculous do not go with these insurers as they will drop you and punish you for accidents that you may be in. Absolutely shocking and ridiculous can't really expect more from a cheap provider.

May I ask which car insurer you used after you got Budget direct letter saying that they would not offer you renewal? I had received it as well since I only made 1 claim last year. Then I find it's very difficult to buy a new car insurance bacause there is a question whether I have been denied renewal or not

Disgraceful Insurance Company

I would rate lower if possible. I was hit from behind while stationary, raised a claim with Budget Direct and provided as much information as I was given by the other driver. Repairs get booked for 4

among our 5 vehicles insured by Budget direct , we had no claims for 5 years , one of our cars had an accident , after 21 days , the vehicle is not touched yet and they are not sure when the car will

Unethical and unsympathetic

Had to claim for rogue vehicle driving into my property and damaging my car. I was not home at the time although the police did attend. I have never received worst service since I made a claim. Despit
