Poorest customer experience ever: was in a phone queue for ages, as a result I reverted to the SMS service, which left me waiting another near 30 minutes, then sent me to a authentication website that wasn't working and then rejected my request for a call to resolve this matter and advised that they are unable to process my request to stop renewal of my comprehensive insurance. To make matters worse the customer service rep didn't want to provide their name and decided to end the conversation without an outcome. My advice to anyone is to go for other insurers that respect their customers, rather than just want to empty their pockets.
